Hola acabo de lograrlo a todos los que no tiene código de autenticacion más si es empresarial le sugiero que por lo menos suban 1 foto.. si apenas van abrir la cuenta.. yo recupere mi cuenta haciendo recuperar cuenta con video o foto lo hice un domingo q al parecer esta menos saturado ya que otros días no me dejaban hacer esto hice la foto a veces demora un poco sigue las instrucciones luego ellos te envían un correo .. tuve que haver dos veces el video el 2do video si me maquille como la fotos que tenia en la cuenta empresarial alli me mandaron el código se respaldo recupere mi cuenta. Intente más de 1 semana hice de todo ..parece q es mejor hacer los pasos sábado o domingo q esta menos saturada la plataforma

El problema es que despues de hacer el video te llega el mail para cambiar tu contraseña y luego de hacerlo vuelve a pedirte el codigo que te enviaron a un numero que no es tuyo.......y es vuelta a empezar

a fecha de hoy 05 oct. 2023 me Hackearon mi cuenta y cambiaron mi correo y no puedo entrar mas a mi cuenta, Instagram solo me manda a un ciclo sin termina de preguntas y vuelve a hacer las mismas preguntas, mirando videos para solucionar el problema, me encontre que el correo que me mando instagram preguntandome si había cambiado la cuenta tiene un limite de tiempo y el tiempo ya estaba caducado, AHORA mirando su video, segui los pasos y YA PUEDE enviar el video de mi cara y me llego un correo a mi cuenta secundaria que me pidieron, AHORA tengo que espera de 4 a 5 días... algo ya se esta solucionando, muchas gracias... y .... saludos a Dimash, que lo descubri antes que usted, hahahaha (y como antes vi sus videos sobre la reacción a Dimash, me anime a ver su video sobre este problema que parecia sin solución) mil gracias

yo hasta el momento desde el año 2019 no puedo recuperar mi cuenta de instagram. No tengo el celular con el que vinculé, no tengo ni pude recuperar el correo con el que cree la cuenta, y cuando traté de optar por la opción de vincular con facebook me aparece error, a la vez llené formularios (sin éxito), tampoco he podido responder cuando me piden contraseña anterior, por lo cual no podido enviar la opción de validación con mi documento de identidad. Después de 2 meses pude recuperar mi cuenta siguiendo los pasos, al principio no pude porque el selfie no subía, y me daba error, después de dos medes intenté subió el selfie y a los 15 minutos se me respondieron y me dieron el link para cambiar contraseña, lo hice, pero no desactivé autenticación en dos pasos y me volvieron a hackear, volví a subir el selfie y descargué app de autentication y una vez q ig me envía el enlace entre cambie la contraseña y al toque fui a cambiar correo, contraseña y desactivar la authenticacion en dos pasos, con eso ya los hackers no volvieron. A apoderarse de mi cuenta

Actualización 16/10/23 Recuperé mi cuenta 😍 La primera vez que mandé el vídeo selfie me lo rechazaron al día siguiente. Envíe uno nuevo con los mismos pasos y por la noche ya me habían respondido aprobando mi solicitud y cambié mis contraseñas. Gracias Totales 🙏🏻 ............. Lo intenté todo y vi cientos de videos y nunca pude encontrar solución a mi problema. Hasta que llegué al tuyo, seguí paso a paso en mi Android y logré llegar hasta la grabación del Selfie. Aún no me responden y esperaré los 4 días que me dijeron, pero al menos es una esperanza a la cual me aferro ya que lo había dado por perdido. Hoy es 14/10/23.
