आमच्याकडे आगरी कोळी भाकरी ला पटणी तांदूळ वापरून करतात त्या पिठाची उकड काढून करून पिठ खूप चांगले. मळून घेणे आणि लाटण्याने भाकरी लाटून घेणे म्हणजे लवकर भाकऱ्या होतात दोन तासात ६५ ते ७५ भाकरी होते दोघीजणी असतात एक शेकते... असे करा ..ताईला वेळ लागणार नाही भाकरीला .माझे पण (उषा किचन) आहे Anushaktinagar मानखुर्द ला.

Very Ambitious Pranit !! Whenever a startup, u should rely more on renting as much as possible rather than investing in dead assets. U should have rented all the kitchen equipments initially, and then when the business Settles, invest in furniture. Since the business profit is variable, and seasonal(depends on the rate of fish everyday, but the product (thali) price is a constant, u should avoid building assets, as it takes longer to break even in such circumstances.
