No the war was still going on, the British had destroyed so much of Copenhagen's defenses that they simply put navy ships at all exits and gunned down any Survivors trying to leave the city, thats why the Brig Sloop shot at us, the quarentine was just to Keep them in the city and leave them to the Blight or other death.

Barry was not on the ship, for 1 Barry is part of the 40th regiment of foot which none of these British sailors are, and second the events of san sebastion happen before copenhagen so Barry would have already been dead.
