As a Finn, this GCF meant so much for me when it came out. Still means a lot to me. I remember waking up one morning, with my twitter tl exploding with ppl screaming that BTS got on the plane to Finland, then everything that followed. How everyone in Finland who cared thought they continued North from HELSINKI-VANTAA airport, and the ppl who ran into them didn't say anything until after they had left. The way i walked home a day after their arrival, looked up into the most cotton candy sunrise ever and thought about how i'm sharing the same morning air with BTS and how that was such a calming thought. I don't think many people understand how it feels to have someone you love so much come to your country, and manage to capture its heart on film. They came during the darkest time of the year, before any snow had fallen, and they saw what a grey place this country is in November. And yet, they saw the beauty of it, and while the song isn't a Finnish one, it still carries on this feeling. Not to mention they visited my favourite places in Helsinki. How could i not spend two hours crying and otherwise extremely emotional when this came out, right before they announced the whole Winter Package they filmed here. They say the things you see everyday begin to lose meaning, but when i saw how JK looked at my country, my Capital city, i saw the beauty again. And i continue to see it. They really change lives, these boys. I'm sorry for the long comment. I love it when color turned warmer when Namjoon smiles and the border changed from black to white on Jimin's part. And the transition from Jimin to Tae with the same position (hands clench together under the chin) *chefs kiss* JK's artistry is showing on his every films and paintings. Truly a masterpiece.

I can't remember if it's on the DVD for Winter Package 2020, or if it's a Bangtan bomb or something, but Jimin asks/tells JK not to use the clip of he and Jin acting goofy. JK uses it anyway, so when he stops mid-video to say something, he's actually apologizing. Not sure if he's apologizing to Jimin for using the clip anyway, or if he's apologizing to ARMY for them being such crackheads!!

No , its not included in the winter package DVD , Kook filmed these clips when BTS members were having their photoshoot for winter package dvd and made it into a cinematic GCF..It's basically just behind the scenes of winter package photoshoot but complicated in a way , you know lol..

@@screamthename_1772 Maybe I wasn't clear. Lol! I KNOW what GCF Helsinki is...and how and when it was filmed. What my comment was referring to was that in SOME OTHER content related to the Winter Package, Jimin actually says to Kook, "Please don't use those goofy scenes." Jimin KNEW that JK was filming to make a GCF, and he was hoping JK would not use the shots of Jimin/Jin/JHope acting so silly. But JK put the goofy clips in his film anyway and that's why he says "Sorry." Again--I'm not sure if the apology was meant directly for Jimin because he added the clip even though Jimin asked him not to, or if JK was apologizing to ARMY for them all being such goofballs.

But Jungkook added them anyway.

JK filmed this while they were putting together their 2020 Winter Package. His "making of" this GCF was somewhat included in the DVD. If you haven't seen their Winter/Summer Packages, go on Daily Motion and search for them. It's the behind the scenes of their photo shoots for the package's photo book/photo cards. They also play games and sometimes go on "field trips". You can probably find the Packages on KZbin, but they are generally taken down. I'm so grateful for all of the content that BTS give us ARMYs

I've loved you guys reacting to the GCFs, they're all so different and artistic and really show us a side of BTS that usually only the other members see. Jungkook is introverted and a perfectionist so he tends to be quiet and then just drops something out of nowhere and it's always incredible.

JK’s pause and self-spoken “joesonghabnida” reveals his great sense of humour and layered use of the video composition/vlogging medium. It works at 2 levels... apologising to ARMY (for his hyungs’ riotous behaviour 😂) and mock apologising to Jimin (who, we know from Winter package Behind the scenes, had asked for only ‘cool’ images, please). This creates a sense of intimacy with viewers, like a knowing wink. It injects just enough affectionate tongue-in-cheek into what is otherwise a totally aesthetic representation of the boys in Helsinki. It conveys how, as an artist learning his tool, he doesn’t take himself or his GCF projects too seriously. It is a hobby that gives him much personal pleasure.

I love the gradual temperature increase in the video upto to the flowers blooming right between the jungkook and jimin cuts. It mimics the sunrise at the end of the video and to me could possibly represent JK showing how the BTS members brought even more warmth and color to his life like spring ♥️

I love the resonating color changes between the body of the film, that begins with soft muted colors, to progressively become brighter, warmer colors at the end, and watching that same transition in the sunset on the plane. JK has a masterful eye for subjects, and for painting themes visually and emotionally with the way he puts the film together, esp with his choices of background music. And every time I watch these, I'm almost in tears, realizing that these gorgeous images of his family represent the way he sees them. That's a lot to take in, but what makes these people so precious, I think.

BTS were in Helsinki in late autumn. Finland is so far north, and the time of year was approaching the shortest day, with the least sun, I think that last shot of a slowly rising sun may have been a time-lapse of the path of the sun above the horizon at that time of the year at that high latitude.
