Our King Dragon is waking up and burning down all the charts in Korea. Koreans have been caught in G-Dragon and Big Bang's MAMA stage videos and left comments while watching them over and over again, making the comments section a national chat. This phenomenon is only possible for Big Bang. Unlike other K-pop groups, they are not limited to fandom, and they are the only K-pop king loved by all ages, regardless of gender.

서태지 세대이고 조용필도 알지만, 조용필은 음악 한정이었고, 서태지는 문화현상을 만들었지만 5년으로 짧았고 복귀후 반응이 좋지않자 은퇴했단거 생각하면 지디처럼 20년을 이끌기는 힘든 역량이었구요, 근 20년간 음악 패션 등 문화전반에 이토록 영향력을 발휘한 사람은 지드래곤 뿐이라고 생각하네요.

I really hope you take a chance and check out some BIG BANG songs, the group and also there Solo songs. They are such Superstars KINGS. They have a huge amount of songs too. Make sure if you decide to dive into there music that you check out not just there biggest songs, but the ballads and some of there real old songs. You won't be disappointed. The thing about YG group music they are not typical kpop music it's in it's own league it's a YG music you can easily notice a song if it's from a YG artist. And weather you like the music or not all the music of the group of YG is really made for a live stages. That is the strongest point of YG artist from BigBang to now BM all of the group's have that stages that is very deferent from all kpop group's specially the OG group! The party is back at MAMA this 2024!

YG missed a chance bigtime. There's a clip of Rookie Blackpink dancing to Bigbang's Bang Bang Bang live stage in 2016. Imagine if Rookie BABYMONSTER were there and the camera caught them dancing to the same song. It would be iconic.

BigBang the idols' idols! I had so much goosebumps during this performance. As usual they turned the awards show into their own concert! If you ever dive further into BigBang, most of their stuff has no Eng Subs, but there's a lot of fans that reuploaded MVs with their own subs. An example is Dorian Gray who has uploaded lots of MVs and concerts, not everything, but a good amount.
