GD is the most incredible song writer, Fashion Icon , Rapper with great vocal ,His impact on K pop industry is really wonderful. Most of sad songs in his own and BigBang he wrote because of his relationship always failed (members and fans joke) 😆. no one knows the true meaning of Untitled 2014. It could be that this song was written in 2014 or something happened in 2014. what is clear is that 2014 is the sum of GD's date of birth, 1988 August 18th (1988 + 08 + 18 = 2014)

This is why he is called the King of Kpop. He can do it all, and he did.........G Dragon has written, and musically penned so many songs. And every one he can sing, rap, hiphop, pop, rock...........you name it he can do. He has a vocal range that is off the charts................But he is such a chameleon and he changes up his sound with every song. I've been digging on BIGBANG for a few months now, especially this guy. I can't speak fully well for him since I do not understand Korean. But from a Korean perspective, G-Dragon's lyricism is very poetic. His use of reference and wordplay creates extra layers of meaning. Sometimes it's hard to understand even for an average Korean. As for the question, how can he make sad songs? I read an old tanslated interview saying he listens to his older colleagues/producers' love lives. He was only around 19 when he made LIES, so he was inexperienced with serious relationships. It means GD can empathize with others stories and put his heart and soul writing lyrics from that. And here's another well-known story as to how Untitled existed. Obsessed G-Dragon and Daragon fans have been dismissing this past. Why? It's because some of the most delusional fans think their fantasy relationship will end once the idol ends up in a relationship. The Daragon fans are another form of delusional people. They have been pushing G-Dragon to have a relationship with a female idol they like for a decade. When rumors of G-Dragon's dating a Korean-Japanese named Kiko surfaced in 2010, fans and media started to dig further into it. G-Dragon's agency denied the rumors. The reason I think GD himself explained in one interview. He didn't want to reveal his relationship out of respect for the girl's wishes. And he has every good reason to keep it private. To protect her from delusional fans. But due to media's relentless search for clues, photos will surface over the years. Toxic Koreans, G-Dragon and Daragon fans began spreading false rumors about Kiko, harassing her and whatever else they could point out against her. GD was also blamed and hated for it. In 2014, a gossip media finally got a good photo of the two together. It went all over the news. That gave the most vile people go after both of them. Though they remained together for another year, their relationship started to fall apart due to the endless shaming and hate they were getting. Halfway of 2015,a gossip media reported that their relationship ended. Kiko even posted, " I do not believe in love, but I believe in you." While G-Dragon posted, "I don't give a dam about my reputation." It felt like he was ready to give up everything for her. I think GD was head over heals in love with her, but the endless hate likely ended it for good. In one interview, Kiko shut down all the rumors by telling everyone that she and GD are only friends. I honestly think GD's heart was broken. And that probably was one of the triggers of his worst depression. Some fans would deny this since 2015 was the start of a busy year for the group. Their incoming military enlistment in 2017-2018 also pushed them hard, but if you think about it, GD have been working non-stop under YG. He's gone through depression before too. So being busy wasn't the only reason, GD's heart was broken to pieces, not just by the woman he loves but by Koreans and his supposed beloved fans.

'm glad that you are digging the soft side of Bigbang. Yes to T.O.P. but imo I would watch the official mv first as it is a masterpiece and follow with a live to show his artistry and charisma … takes his glasses off crowd goes wild, opens his eyes crowd goes crazy. Yes for Daesung the rock star, I’m not afraid to say it, I put him at the Freddy Mercury level. You should check untitled live concert' in Seoul ( ACT III MOTTE). For Bigbang & G-Dragon videos with good subtitle i recommend the channel @Dorian Gray. Bigbang's lyrics & G-Dragon solo songs are mostly difficult to translate into other languages because G-Dragon likes wordplay in the lyrics where one word can have two or more meanings, also use a lot of slang and imagery in their songs that can be pretty tough to translate properly. therefore many mistranslate and lose their meaning. Sorry for my bad English.

It is from an album that was about him as Kwon Ji-yong rather than as G Dragon - so it would be a personal song. Daesung has emotional solo songs too.
