About the previous videos I didnt really like ur attitude being so cool and conceited......but probably thats the style u wnted to introduce to me like that was u in the past......the pronounciation was weird and hard to understand it clearly......and u were talking shit litererally.....but thats oke for to be that way in tha past......what I probably objected a lot like to put urself together and act decent rather than this crap :-) who wanna look cool....... This one is way better......this is probably the video we already have left....the teary eyes r sad and I would feel sorry for u watching it too......would be better if u would talk slower and would use more meaningful words.....and be more emotional when u talk about the things what bother u....and why u feel that extreme guilt :-)
@anettpinter8325 жыл бұрын
But it shows how confused u r and how much u got broken in ur heart and u also look like who was teared into several pieces.......so its kinda oke :-)
@anettpinter8325 жыл бұрын
I like how u r struggling to express ur feelings and to avoid bursting out like a baby :-) and I find u very cute that u just stop talking bc the words wont come out or bc u would begin to cry :-( u r such a great actor Gerald! But I also noticed tha part u were talking about ur mom was actually real......and that still upsets u emotionally when u would talk about her in that state.......and its nice that u sound very confused with the words and in ur mind like wtf is going on and how to put things straight again?

This is so raw & vulnerable. When I went to his meet and greet he was so kind. He signed multiple things for people, actually let people have conversations with him - more than just "Hi and Bye" He extended his hand to me and said, "Gerald, nice to meet you." I love the persona of "G-Eazy" and his music that gets me all hyped, but Gerald man, Gerald is something else. I didn't get to tell him how much he inspires me to work hard and chase my dreams. Been a fan for over 4 years, love seeing him get where he is now.

Ur lucky you got to meet him. He seems so kind and just someone you can talk to hours and hours on end to about anything and everything.

+highoffkai I wish my meet and greet with him went that way. He did sign multiple things if you asked, but I feel like since I was sorta last he was tired and just wanted to leave. Because he didn't talk to anybody really, just his friend next to him, didn't say hi or anything. So it was kind of disappointing I guess, but I'm still happy to have 'met' him.

He even said in an interview " I knew I couldn't perform this everynight, I wouldn't be able to " for the people who's known him for a long time he's an honest and upstanding guy and for you guys to bash him after opening up about something to the world that he couldn't even open up to his friends is not very motivating to him!! You can tell he's pulling back some emotions and words. I also believe he feels he has to hold back some thoughts and words he would like to say but can't because of personal reasons and that's why he said "uh" and "you know?" It's pretty sad that a story like this had be held back more than he probably would've wanted because paparazzi would take any one thing and twist it and make it seem like he's not the genuine person that I really honestly believe he is. I really think this man is so strong mentally and is growing stronger now that he released this album. It's so amazing. Great job! I love it.

Gerald, I have to say I've been a fan of you're music since your first mixtape. When you started recording with bigger people the songs began fading into less about what you love and more of what others want. I listen to your album the day it came out. I didn't get to "everything will be ok" until I was about to go to sleep. When it came on it almost made me cry because I thought I knew everything about you and to find that you had held that in for so long...I love you eazy. I had respect for you before but now I have endless respect. Forever a fan. Also I love khalani so that made the song even better. This sounds crazy but I've listened to it 26 times

He is kind, and caring, and like all other he has a heart. Don't confuse someone with the part of them everyone wants to see, he may talk about getting drunk till he can't walk, and hitting and quitting on Tumblr girls, but I think that's all an act. It's song like Marilyn, and everything will be okay that show who he really is.

Wow! I have been following G for some time now. I wanna say a little longer than before he hit main stream. I was a fan with the release of both these things happen and when it's dark out! His music speaks to my soul and has gotten me thru some really dark times in my own life. Some days, still, I just don't feel like getting up and doing life, but I put on some G and everything really is ok. I mean life always goes on until it doesn't. - I try to go to every show he has that's a reasonable distance from where I live in So Cal about half way between Oakland and Los Angels. With each new show or pod cast or even some posts on social he just amazes me that much more! He is beautiful and genuine and it's videos like this that remind us that he is human and not just idol he has feelings and fears and skeletons like you and I. The last show I saw him in was in October at Drais in Vegas and I was a little disappointed I had my heart set on meeting him and just telling him what a great impact he has had on my life but he was gone before we had made it around to the exit. But to my surprise the next morning upon checking out of the hotel and in search of food I walked completely into him in the Casino!!! (I KNOW RIGHT) I didn't get out all (or any) of the words I had rehearsed in my head so many times, However, I was able to get out to that it was my bday and he gave me the biggest hug and just held on and I told him I had been loving him for years and he said to me "I have been loving u for forever" I will never forget the way he smelled and I am grateful he is a real person with real feelings!! I love you G!!! Stay humble and stay true to you because you are completely amazing!!

every time an artist releases a very raw and real song about their personal life, all I can think is "people don't deserve that". I felt everything he said.. Being a fan of G since I started listening to him. My greatest inspiration! "Opportunity cost" And "Just believe' is one the most influential song I have ever heard.. Whenever am kinda low I turn up his music and Bam! Mood changes.. You know what am sayin..? Like,that's what matter right! Keep getting lit every year Eazy. Hope to be at your concert at least once before I die. For real. Big fan!

@toriellsimon90758 жыл бұрын
Idk if it was just me but I heard a little something extra in that last verse. I felt the emotion in every word. If G-Eazy reads this keep on keepin on bro, that's the best type of music, when you get people to actually feel what you feel. I got mad respect for you on this song!
@ginahuston62128 жыл бұрын
you can't tell it's really hard for him to express what his heart is really feeling and what he wants to explain you can tell he has a good heart he hides behind everything and keeps who he is to himself I love you g eazy favorite person # gemin squad

I could tell it was hard for him to talk about this. Mad respect for him. I absolutely love him. I don't blame him if it was hard to talk about it. This is just my opinion but I find it kind of disrespectful to G that people have disliked this video. He shared a story that is incredibly hard to talk about. But that's only my opinion. Love you G

His life is so sad, he was made fun of for having a lesbian mom, then he FOUND her dead body from OVERDOSE. Just as he started to get along with her. His hometown sucked, and everyone says he's so lucky. His family fucking left him for him chosing his career over them. I know I would. It's a one in a lifetime opportunity. I guess I know the true meaning of opportunity costs
@nic_aya8 жыл бұрын
+Nate Beesley ik, but in opportunity costs, he talks about how he chose his career over his family, and ya his life did suck and I'm tired of people saying his life is was not hard, and they wish they had their life. I'm sure I wouldn't wanna find my stepmom (Melissa) dead in the basement

+BoBana98 I've known him since his first album and I'm pretty sure ik his life I have read biography of him so stfu. was I talking to you bitch?
@ianspivey23668 жыл бұрын
+MissDragonborn his family didn't leave him. His little brother just shows a bit of anger because he wasn't there in times of need, for example when his mother was having health problems, gerald wasn't there for his mother, but his brother was, and that just kinda sucks for his brother. He did have a hard life, and he did leave a lot of stuff behind, but he has a lot of support from his family. He has said a lot that he considers his mother to be his biggest fan. Just listen to the outro of opportunity cost, it is a voicemail from his mother voicing a lot of support towards him.
