The HANG-TIME of Those Notes after each piece was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !!!...

By far the greatest rendering of this glorious composition that I have ever heard!!! The slow and majestic pace at which this piece was performed certainly milked it for all it was worth!!! Hats off to the principal trumpeter with the glasses whose improvised added imbellishments added so much brillance to the performance !!!!!!h

Wonderful! A very polished presentation. A refined and luxurious scene greets our eyes in this brilliant performance. The fluid camera-work is entrancing as well. And - I shall go right ahead and be VERY UNFASHIONABLE by saying that I,for one, strongly prefer the modern instruments - for CLARITY , for VOLUME , and especially for EXACTNESS and PRECISION. Modern instruments displaced their earlier counterparts for a very good reason. And,I daresay Handel himself would agree,as he himself is recorded as having a high regard for volume and for impact. [ And now,let the purists scream. ] .

Excellent, expressive performance! Fits right in with the acoustics of the building, and the tempo shouldn't be any faster! After all, it's Handel and not some other wild composer some people get mixed up with, nowadays. This work is meant to be presented to the glory of God, not to mankind!
