If they take it to trial than that means they have a very good chance of beating the case, because you dont go to trial against the feds unless you have like atleast a 70-80% of beating the case, which his lawyers will let him know. But they will all most likely take a plea deal, based off of how much evidence the feds have on them, the feds dont come snatch you up until they KNOW they have you.
