पनीर सब्जी के साथ सबको नान काफी पसंद आते है. घर पे नान बिलकुल आसानी से बनाया जा सकता है और यकीन करे आपको रेस्टोरेंट से अच्छा रिजल्ट मिलेगा।

Ingredients -
2 Cup Wheat Flour
As per taste Salt
2 tbsp Medium Sour Curd
¼ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Powdered Sugar
½ Cup Milk
As required Milk (For knead the dough)
As required Water (For Apply on Naan)
For Prepare the Stuffing -
100 grams Grated Paneer
2 Grated Cheese Cubes
1-2 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
½ tsp Chaat Masala
As per taste Salt
1 Chopped Green Chilli
For Prepare the Garlic Butter -
2 tbsp Butter
½ tsp Oil
8-10 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Serve it with Punjabi Sabji/Dal
