Maam meri age 31, (male) hu. Mujhe goiter hai USG nai 47 × 37 mm size aya hai iska aur MRI mai 5.3 × 5.5 × 4.2 cm size aya hai iska jo mere right side neck mai hai. Mera T3 T4 normal hai, TSH 5.60 hai, mujhe sub clinical hypothyroid hai, Anti TPO anti body value 0.2 hai, FNAC mai Bengin cystic colloidal lesion thyroid aya hai. Mujhe saas lene, bolne mai khana khane mai, neck movement krne mai koi problem nhi hoti. Maam please koi aisa treatment bata do jisse bena surgery ke ye thik ho jaaye.
