I want to say the issue is the yellow paint, if I recall from the Python Viper, it had similar paint issues and I think it has something to do with the way the yellow paint is

I do kind of wish we could have gotten new legs for Helix, instead of re-using the wave 1 Scarlet legs again

Reminds me of when I received my Storm Collectibles Blue Mary figure and she had 2 of the same face sculpts. BBTS did send me another figure; the last one they currently had and told me I didn’t have to return the previous figure unless both had issues.

Easy fix on the Agent Helix leg there ? Sometimes I get the same issues on other figures! Heat up some water soak her legs in the water pop the pins reverse them' warm back up! pop them back in hold the knee joints while still soft ! Immediately run under cold water! Should be solid after that at that point! Problem solved!!! My Agent Helix was fine no issues!!! with warped pins!!! Mine had no paint issues!!! Hope these tips help you!!!

Man, your review just clinches it. I’m not preordering anything anymore and will wait till I see some positive reviews first before I purchase another classified figure. The two Firefly figures I received were just terrible as was my first Low Light and Crimson Viper figures. I’m a bit worried now about the Mole Rat and Crimson Alley Viper figures I should be getting soon. The line is definitely hit and miss now.

I think the figures are AMAZING, especially Firefly-- which I did a mini-review of in my Cobra ranking video... but the factories have been a lot worse lately at execution:(

@@AToyKindaMood My guess is the factories are rushing through production and short changing the QC process in order to meet order numbers. It’s very short sighted as they may get a lot of units out the door but brand loyalty will eventually take a hit and sales will drop.

When us as the consumer see issues across the board we have to stop saying its fine and I can overlook small paint issues. Its weird how my valaverse figures are flawless and these things are assembled in some of the same factorys! We will never win by letting the smallest issues slide let alone the big issues! Mine is arriving 11/1 and if I have any issues Im calling bbts and I suggest you do the same becuse this is a $34 total! I'm not angry but this has been constant with some of my classified figures and yeah I really want hasbro to win but ..... Really make the fans come first✨

Mine came with a bum right leg too and a big thigh gap, but I was able to heat it up and adjust to an acceptable level. My other issue is the gap I get in the torso when I have her angled up. I haven't seen anyone with this issue yet, so it might be unique to my figure.

I just got mine from Amazon and same thing except at least I got both hands but she was sure bow legged as heck. But I will say this I threw her in some really hot water and she straightened up but her leg ball joints are not deep enough so her legs stick out
