Great review. Probably my figure of the year. I can't wait to get him. Wondering if the back pack was from Night Creeper and maybe the hammer pants are from Kamakura? Either way, great fig. I'll probably toss the back pack in the accessory bin and use the Gridiron pack system. I'm so jealous you got these guys already, lol.

I'm not sure about this one...a removable hood or 2nd head would have been nice . And the spare arrow as in all past versions. .You however did a great job as usual on the review honest and transparent.

Well dammit. I've already preordered Alpine and the IG B.A.T. from this wave. Wasn't expecting this Storm Shadow to be so good, but I think I'll need to preorder this one as well. Also I realize I need to dig out my Morpheus chair for when the Retro Cobra Commander hits my door step. Its like, in all of your reviews so I'm not sure why that just hit me on this one.

Original is one of my favorites. Disappointed when they stray from the retro look. I imagine there's a decent chance they'll give this a carded retro version at some point, but thats frustrating since I've never been able to get ahold of the good retro figs. Most likely I'll end up having to customize this to get what I want. Love the review though!

I am so jealous of you right now you got the wave already and I’m just sitting here checking my email every day hoping pulse says we took your money here comes your toys! I didn’t order this version but I got the other ones and now the pre-orders that went up for sale today are releasing at the same time as the ones from SDCC I just looked and dial tone leather neck and Zandar are coming out Oct 1 like the previous ones! Congrats though I’m glad I get to watch you unbox and review of them!! It helps me get that much more excited when they do come! And I can finish up my polar bear for snow job well besides decals from bad mother Tatoo and customs on eBay then the 4-5 layers of clear coat and then it’ll be done so at least I have something to keep me busy 😂

I'm gonna get this, but know it will come retro without the belt and shoulder thing. Swords will pop in the backpack and the claws go on the hands. I will fet this and strip them parts and then get the retro cause it will be correct colors.

Hmmm I’m gonna need in hand. The hood is wigging me out. I always get the sword scabbard wrong. I want the curve to go down because it seems the right direction. But it’s the other way for sure. I enjoy the wrap at the end. I’m not 100% on what is said but it’s got a great groove. Hmmm. I will have to just see on this version of Tommy.

SS v2 is one of my favorite figure ever, i was NOT happy with the digital render and.... idk... it kinda sucks that i "cant" take the hood off cause i think we dont see his eyes enough.... i'll mess around with him when i get him.... talking about the belt, the hood and that thing around his torso.

Im on the fence on this guy. Wish the hood and sleeves were looser like the og card art. That belt makes him sooo thick. Looks so samurai, not as ninja to me personally. Also theres something about the camo thats off. Maybe if it was smaller and a lighter shade of grey instead of the dark color?
