দেশীয় কৃত্রিম ফাইবার রিসাইকেল অবশ্য করতে হবে। কিন্তু বিদেশ থেকে আমদানি করে রিসাইকেল করার চেয়ে দেশীয় প্রাকৃতিক ফাইবার যথা কলাগাছ, পাট, শন, গাঞ্জা গাছ ইত্যাদি বহুবিধ দেশীয় ফাইবার নিয়ে সরকারিভাবে উৎসাহ সৃষ্টি করা প্রয়োজন। বিদেশি বজ্য দ্রব্য আমদানি সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ করতে হবে।
