We are at best an above-average Prem League team at worse a below-par European side. If players leave AFC and then experience success it's obvious the reason is coaching, not improving players, not improving their strengths, and a lack of tactical acumen. This season Rice was the difference, he covered the obvious cracks in this team and Arteta continues to blunder his way through games.
