【古民家DIY】DIYパン工房を作る

こんにちは、東京から移住して10年以上です。大正生まれの古民家に、暮らしながらセルフリノベーションをしている「SOMA life & eat」です。現在、パン工房の開業準備をしています。このチャンネルではDIYでパン工房を作る過程を中心に、田舎暮らしの動画をアップしています。
これまで古民家のリノベーションや家庭菜園などをやってきました。いろいろなご縁もあり、自分たちでスモールビジネスを始めようと至りました。自分たちのベースは興味あることをやっていくことなので、楽しみながらスタートしようと思っています。
今回は厨房の壁と天井のボード貼りをしています。
ドアが出来たので、細かな部分を含めてボードを貼っていくことができます。私が申請するのは菓子製造業になるので、断熱性能と掃除や清潔に保つ環境を作っておかなければなりません。が、一般的な住宅のキッチンの機能があれば充分のような気がします。また各自治体で制度に対する解釈が異なってくるので、まずは保健所で相談して疑問を一つずつ潰していくことが必要です。その点、業者の方に任せた場合はそういった具体的な疑問は、専門家が解決してくださるので、他の作業に集中できます。どっちが良いのかは人それぞれですが！
ボードの種類は断熱と一部だけ防水性の高いものを使っています。天井を貼っていくのはさすがに一人では重くて無理なので、手伝ってもらいましいた。断熱材も家にあったものをいれてみました。貼り終わると部屋らしく見えるのが不思議です！　これから外の工事の前に営業許可をもらえるように内装工事を進めます。

Hello, I've been living in an old house built in the Taisho era for over 10 years. This is "SOMA life & eat", where we are renovating it ourselves while living in it. We are currently preparing to open a bakery. On this channel, we upload videos about rural life, focusing on the process of making a bakery by DIY.
So far, we have renovated old houses and grown vegetables at home. Through various connections, we have decided to start our own small business. Our base is doing things that interest us, so we are going to have fun while we start.
This time, we are pasting boards on the walls and ceiling of the kitchen.
Now that the door is done, we can paste the boards, including the fine details. Since I am applying for a confectionery manufacturing business, I need to create an environment with insulation performance and cleanliness. However, I feel that the functions of a typical residential kitchen are enough. Also, each local government has a different interpretation of the system, so it is necessary to first consult with the public health center and eliminate your questions one by one. In that respect, if you leave it to a contractor, such specific questions will be solved by an expert, so you can focus on other tasks. Which is better is up to each individual!
I used boards that are insulated and some that are highly waterproof. It's too heavy for me to put up the ceiling by myself, so I asked for help. I also used insulation materials that I had at home. It's amazing how it looks like a room when it's done! From now on, I will proceed with the interior work so that I can get a business permit before the exterior work.
Until now, I have been sharing my DIY and home vegetable gardening on my KZbin channel "Slowlife Log". Originally, my interests were centered on outdoor activities such as fishing and kayaking, but as my interests expanded, the content of my videos became more diverse, and I finally organized my channel when I had the opportunity to create a bread workshop. We plan to turn the former kitchen, which is part of our house, into a kitchen and build a wood-fired oven in the former bathroom extension. We are in the process of exploring what shape is best to make the most of our individuality. If you are thinking of doing something, are actually doing it, or like to watch others doing it, we hope that you will enjoy our "SOMA life & eat".
