Bahut hi ghatiya planning 1200 sqft me front only 20 and depth 60. Are kam se kam 25 hona hi chahiye front. Std size 30*40 for 1200sqft plot.and too costly.

Front aap jitna lena chahein utna le sakte hain, 20 Front compulsory thodi hai. 60*60 le lo bhai 😂

आवश्यक तो नही है। पर बजट यदि 1200 का ही है तो 20 फुट फ्रंट पर ही मन मारना होगा। not a perfect size.
