第一句话想问的是做还是不做，不强调具体的做什么而第二句话呢，需要具体的，你昨天晚上做了什么事，这是我的理解。

我觉得是这样： #2：“你昨天晚上做了什么?“ 动词后面的 ”了“ 表示已完成的动作（completed action） 所以昨天的活动现在不再做。 #1：”你昨天晚上做什么了?“ 昨天的活动可能仍然在做。
