What is the difference between IGBT and Si-IGBT

Usually they mean the same thing. Si (Silicon) is the material used to build the IGBT module. For better clarity, the term "Si" is included to emphasize it is a different material from SiC (Silicon Carbide) used to build the SiC-MOSFET module.
