自動車＆機械整備用工具 SR-３
見た目メカメカしてて好みです
メーカー推奨トルクは140N-ｍ以下
十分な強度です
全長が140㎜〜190㎜に
グリップエンドに穴があります
12.2㎜くらい
グリップエンドの穴を利用してグリップを延長できます
メーカーさん的には「ハンドル部にはパイプ等を差し込んで過大な力を加えないでください」とあります
早回し用、届かないとき用って感じでお願いします
TONE(トネ)さんのエクステンションバー
WISE(若穂囲製作所)さんが調度よい太さです
Snap-on(スナップオン)さんの3/8ドライバーグリップがぴったりすぎて笑えます〜
携帯性がとても良いです
欲を言えばロックできたほうが
良かったかと思います
重めな空転トルクなTOPさんならではの工夫
指回しができます
自動車整備関係の方々の好みを
意識してだと思うのですが
TOPさんのラチェットとしては
空転トルクが軽いです

アマゾンで新品買ったばかりのSR-３
アマゾンレビューでも「飛ぶ」との報告がありました
TOPさんのホームページより質問してみました
数日後丁寧な回答をいただきました
要約すると
柔らかいオイルを隙間から注入すると
飛ばなくなるとのことでした
ハートバネのFACOM型
直径が小さくバネが細め
RH-３　　　SR-３
多分ノンオイル
表面は多少ざらつきのある感じの黒染め
ミシンオイルを薄く塗ってみます
TOPさん独特なハートバネのFACOM型
ネジ穴が立ち上がっています
キャップのピンに段差があります
より信頼性を狙っての構造だと思います
RH-３
通常のFACOM型より若干難易度が高いです
SR-３
小径にしたためか、
FACOMのようなやり方では
蓋を閉めにくいです
ラジペンでハートバネをおさえて閉めました
ピンにハートバネを引っ掛けてから
爪の穴にはめ込む
いろいろ試しました〜
多分もっと良い方法があるとは思いますが
とりあえず完成
試してみます
飛ばなくなりました〜
新品ではノンオイル
パウルが摩擦で引っかかり気味だったため
ギアの噛みつきが良くなかったようです
バネを少し弱めにしたため
摩擦にバネの力が負けていたようです
TOP(トップ工業)さんの SR-3
TOPさんらしいラチェットでした
発展途上のような部分もありましたが
今後に期待できる真面目に取り組んだ感じが
とても好感の持てるラチェットです
次にどんなのが出てくるか

TOP is a tool manufacturer with a main image of construction.
Automobile and machine maintenance tools SR-3
It looks mechanical and I like it.
Manufacturer's recommended torque is 140N-m or less.
Sufficient strength.
Total length is 140mm to 190mm.
There is a hole at the grip end.
About 12.2mm.
The grip can be extended using the hole at the grip end.
The manufacturer says "Do not apply excessive force by inserting a pipe or the like into the handle part."
Please use it for fast turning and when you can't reach it.

Snap-on Snap-on's 3/8 driver grip is so perfect it's funny~
Very portable
If I had to choose, I'd prefer it if it could be locked
TOP's unique design with a heavy freewheel torque
You can turn it with your fingers
I think it's designed with the preferences of people in the car maintenance industry in mind
For a TOP ratchet, the freewheel torque is light
...
The gears skip...
SR-3, just bought new on Amazon
There were also reports of it skipping in Amazon reviews
I asked TOP on their website
A few days later, I received a polite answer
In summary, they said that if you inject soft oil into the gap, it will stop skipping
FACOM type with heart spring

Surface is black dyed with a slightly rough feel
I'll try applying a thin layer of sewing machine oil

The screw hole is raised
There is a step on the pin of the cap
I think it's designed to be more reliable

A little more difficult than the normal FACOM type
SR-3
Maybe because it's a small diameter,
it's hard to close the lid like the FACOM
I held down the heart spring with a radio-pen and closed it
I hooked the heart spring onto the pin
and then fitted it into the claw hole
I tried various things~
I'm sure there's a better way,
but for now it's finished
I'll try it
It doesn't fly anymore~
The new one was non-oil
The pawl was getting caught due to friction
so the gear didn't bite well
The spring was a little weaker
so the spring force was losing out to friction
TOP (Top Kogyo)'s SR-3
It was a typical TOP ratchet
There were some parts that seemed to be in development
But it's a very likeable ratchet that has a serious feel that can be expected in the future
I'm excited to see what will come out next

The SR-3 that I gave as a gift is an adjusted ratchet that I used in a photo shoot. I hope you like it. When the oil runs out, please maintain it with a softer oil such as sewing machine oil. It's a great ratchet that's easy to carry around. I hope it will be a good companion for FromMtZion.
