This song was a popular military/patriotic song in Japan until the end of WWII. The translation has been disputed.
My version of the translation is taken from various sources and I have to choose one of the several versions of the lyrics of the translation, as well as compose the right translation. Yeah maybe not as good as you know in other video.

I'm sure it's "The Pass: Last Days of the Samurais (for the horse and gatling gun part)," and the other I don't know. Maybe "When the Last Sword is Drawn, The Passage of Japan, The Great White Tiger Platoon, Red Lion, Labyrinth of Cinema, or Tokkan." And some movies in Japanese titles: 『福沢諭吉』（ふくざわゆきち）(映画), 合葬 (映画).
