It's amazing that the buffet there is so cheap! Considering that the buffet offers a lot of dishes! Here in the Philippines it costs 500-1000 Pesos to avail those kind of buffets!

I overeat every time I go to a buffet , at the end of the meal I feel so uncomfortable and nauseous, and regret eating too much , but the next day I feel like OH ! I forgot to taste this dish or that dish and keep reminiscing about the taste.

Most buffet restaurants do not allow " take away." Although you may eat as much as you want while you are there, they charge extra if you dont eat what is left
