Nowadays, unique restaurants in Yeonnam-dong are popular~
The Indonesian restaurant, Ballimun, we went to this time is very popular as well!!
At Bali Moon I went to with my husband, I had the best mi goreng in my life! (^^*)
Chicken rendang and curry were good too,

Making Indonesian “Mie Goreng” is easy, Gni. You just need to chop garlic and slice onion. Saute them on the pan with little bit of oil. You can put chicken meat (or shrimp) and egg and mix them. Put the half boiled noodle, cabbage, choy sum, and sliced tomato. Pour small amount of chicken broth on the pan. Put sweet soysauce, oyster sauce, (you can put a spoon of ketchup too if you want) salt, and pepper. Mix it and wait until the noodle is cooked well. If the noodle is cooked then it is done. Hopefully you can practice it at home 😊

Rendang is not supposed to be that watery, rendang sauce is basically a caramelized coconut milk, it's supposed to be very thick and sometimes it's even dryer. Not watery or "gravy-ey". What ur eating is more like a chicken kari or maybe chicken Kalio here in indonesia.

@@rhinoaji7419 there’s also chicken rendang but still the “sauce” should be more thick/dry and looks like it has so many spices. the only “soup” in rendang is should be oil lol 😂 it kinda looks like gulai ayam (indonesian version of chicken curry) but i guess it’s ok tho bcs she‘s in korea. good thing she’s willing to try authentic indonesian foods 👍🏻
