* Recipe *
- Ingredients
Kimchi 400g, Pork 200g, Onion 1/2
Carrot 1/4, Green onion 1/2
Green pepper 1, Red pepper 1, Cooking oil
- Seasoning
Red pepper powder, Soy sauce, Minced garlic,
Sugar, Sesame oil, Sesame.
- Cooking
1) After cutting aged kimchi into small pieces,
2) Mix it with 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoons of minced garlic and a bit of water.
3) Pan-fry pork meat with cooking oil.
4) When the meat was cooked a bit,
put in 1.5 spoons of sugar then pan-fry more.
5) Then add 1.5 spoons of soy sauce then pan-fry again.
6) Add prepared seasoned Kimchi.
7) Prepare onion, carrot, green onion, chilis.
8) When the meat and kimchi was cooked a bit,
add onion and carrot.
9) after stir-frying them for a while, add green onion,
chilis and a bit of sesame oil.
10) Boil tofu in the boiling water for 3 minutes.
11) Cut the tofu into slices then put them on the plate
with stir-fried Kimchi and pork.
