Let me help u with the references in the song He is comparing between stuff from the Egyptian culture and famous characters and the western version of it Like when he talked about riding a Ferrari , he said riding an Arabian Horse like Adham Elsharkawy who is a famous character in Egyptian culture is better than riding a ferrari When he talked about Jim Cary he compared him with a famous dead Egyptian comedian named Saeed Saleh he was saying the smallest line said be Saeed Saleh is better than Jim Cary's best lines When he talked about the clothes brands he said he prefer to wear Egyptian cotton better than Gucci When he talked about Starbucks he mentioned few types of coffee but he said he prefer to drink the afternoon tea than drinking from Starbucks If u still missing anything in his references let me know and if u want the song completely translated into English also let me know

to put you in context this song is sort of a promo for a tv series mekky is doing and he is promoting the 7th season of it which will play in Ramadan (end of march to end or April ) he plays character from south of Egypt so your observation was right it is depicting scenes from life in south Egypt in a comedic manner as for the lyrics its a very long story
