A chashaku spoon can hold 2grams of matcha powder so the barista is making 12grams of thicken matcha (koi-cha) to make 2 cups of matcha latte. Im wondering does the barista keep his matcha in the fridge or in room temp.

no frigde, matcha must be stored in a cool ( not cold) dark place.

@Shizi Petit 茶粉比水 1:8 然後打出泡沫。 牛奶比例大約水的1.5~1.8倍。 想喝甜的可以加一些煉乳。 抹茶粉要選日本進口的，且至少茶道用抹茶，不要買到綠茶粉混充的假抹茶。 原Po使用的小山圓五十鈴 是入門CP值不錯的選擇，高階一點濃茶 可以選中村藤吉的祥之昔 或 伊藤久右衛門的無上。 在高級一點的就很貴了
