Do you really believe that all Police Officer's are targeting the wrong citiezn, for a crime that is being conducted. I believe that Police Officer, was trying something new, in the community, about socialing with the people, and could have gotten extra protective, or known the friends or family member of the alleged victim, and made, or make it a priority for the people's safety, or the friend and/or family member, asked the Police Officer to do so.
