INGREDIENTS:
* Chhena (छैना) - 200 grams
* Milk powder (मिल्क पाउडर) - 1/2 cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1 tsp
* Sugar Powder (पिसी चीनी) - 1/4 cup
* Beetroot powder (चुकंदर पाउडर) - some
* Hot water (गर्म पानी) - some
FOR NOZZLE:
* Cold Drink Can/Plastic Bottle (कोल्ड ड्रिंक कैन/प्लास्टिक बोतल)
* Scissors (कैंची)
* Cello Tape (टेप)
RECIPE:
For Whipped Cream, make some Chhena by curdling some Milk and grate it. Then grind the grated Chhena. Take out the ground Chhena in a bowl, put some Milk Powder in it and mix it. Then put some drops of chilled Milk and add Powdered Sugar in it gradually and make a thick cream by whisking it. Keep the ready Whipped Cream in the fridge for some time.
For Homemade Nozzles, take a Cold Drink Can/Tin or any Soft Plastic Bottle. Cut the Can as shown in the video and make cones from it. Make a pointed Nozzle with a cone and cut another cone in a zigzag way to make a Star Nozzle.
Then make cones with any Polythene and place the homemade Nozzles in the cone and fill the Whipped Cream in it.
Forgiving Pink Colour to the Whipped Cream, take some Beetroot Powder, and sieve it. Add some warm water in it and keep it aside for some time. Then add some drops of Beetroot Colour in the Whipped Cream and decorate the Cakes and Cupcakes with White and Pink Cream easily at home without using a beater.
