آج کل گیس کا بہت مسئلہ ہے کبھی دو گھنٹے آتی ہے کبھی اڑھائی گھنٹے تو،ایسے میں کڑھی جیسا لمبا کام کرنا مشکل ہو گیا ہے کڑھی کی ایسی ریسپی بتائیں جو جلدی بھی بنے اور نئے دار بھی بنے ہمارے تو کم کڑھی بھی نہیں بنا سکتے جو جھٹ پٹ بن جائے
