What do you think he failed 1. didn't lane change after the left turn and 2.didn't come to the complete stop on a stop sign 3. did enter the parking lot from the right side 4. No signal while parking or verification ...😢

The obvious one is not stopping at stop sign. That was even mentioned during the test. Second one is driving in the passing lane. Was there anything else?

Pretty sure the.rolling stop was a big no no and was he checking his blind spots he was taking awhile merging on to the highway it seemed

Yes, That's Correct. A Rolling Stop is Considered an Instant Fail.

If it's safe to do so you can pass. Make sure you are ready to stop since if you have to yield you might need to stop.
