YES PAN Is Required for application but jo verification and Authentication hota hai that is Aadhaar based authentication as per Section 25 ab Adhaar Authentication ka saath Biometric Authentication bhi aa gaya ha kuchh state mai and But yes Here Correct Option is (c) that we apply For Register through PAN
