@Momina , I feel he did quite well with Yasra Rizvi , as well. But, she wasn't able to carry herself calmly in the show. She kept interrupting him, while he was talking. The only moments she was calm and grounded was during reciting her poetry. She needs to exercise more calm when giving an interview, rather than look defensive end effervescent. She is a brilliant actress, and has always done full justice to the roles she has played on screen. But, the rebel in her needs to tame down a bit, I feel

Veena, as a Muslim, the road to tawba is open until our last breath. Allah loves those who repent. He loves people who, after making mistakes, turn to Him for comfort and help. With much respect sister, it doesn´t hurt to say the truth. Please, if you regret your past "adventures", at least be honest about it and say openly that you made mistakes. There´s absolutely no shame in admitting that we can sometimes get blinded by the hunt for fame and glamour. Bollywood has a sickly grip on our society. It is presented so beautifully, but is full of everything from seedy, sick men with a sense of huge arrogance, full of nepotism, women being exploited...not to mention how they exacerbate and encourage society to see women as mere props or eye candy to draw audiences. The point is, it´s not strange that you felt attracted to Bollywood, but sis...you sold out your country, your identity and your dignity to go there. As did Urwa/Mawra, Mahira, Anita Ayyub, Salma Agha, Imran Abbaas, Fawad Khan and more. All of them did weird things just for fame. I wish you´d be honest about that experience, so that you could warn others not to follow that path. I wouldn´t want Indian women to fall into that trap either. We´re all worth so much more than dreaming of becoming a prop for sick men of a sick industry. Especially we women SHOULD have the choice to dream of a career in the entertainment industry ONLY through raw talent. Not be forced to titillate and seduce. Look at wonderfully talented women like Madhuri. She went through getting zoomed in on her booty and she bounced her chest in every other song just to get recognition (she was also forcibly kissed by a much older actor), despite her being talented. That is not izzat. That´s not "hard work". That is LETTING yourself be used and abused just to reach that sick "Idol-status" that their people sadly give them. Astaghfarullah, if you look at clips of their stars...they don´t even LOOK at the person who fixes their makeup or holds their umbrella. They have arrogance on their face. Kisi se seedhe moun baat tak nahin karte, and everyone has to call them "Ma´m" or "Sir" and touch their feet. Otherwise, they go into a strop. Just be brutally honest Veena. If you enjoyed all that, say so, and don´t try to come across as this reformed person. Of course you deserve respect as a human-being, but people get annoyed at a person that doesn´t have self-respect and gives contradictory statements every year. You did a thing back with your husband, where you put a kind of hijaab on and started talking about religion. Then, when you got a divorce, you got back to your regular clothes. So the things you said don´t add up. People are not dumb. Please do YOURSELF a favour and just say that you´re not interested in Deen or that you´d just like to take it at your own pace. Please don´t treat people like they can´t look up your item-songs or previous interviews. Everyone will respect you and move on when YOU decide to be more transparent.
