अगर ध्यान करने से upliftment होता तो असुर‌ बुरे बने रहे उनमें से कितने असुर ने क‌ई साल तक ध्यान किया शिव ब्रह्मा महेश का आशीर्वाद फिर भी उनका upliftment क्यों नहीं हुआ यह सब बेकार बातें हैं। मैंने खुद 1year रोज 2 घंटे करके ध्यान किया है फिर भी कोई फायदा नहीं मिला मन अशांत है ना पढ़ाई में मन लगता है न मोबाइल की addiction छूट पाई है। Nahi Koi buri aadat chuti😢🥺
