古早味的菜豆饭,简单版! 又香又好吃😍🍚
食材:300克米,30克蝦米,1把菜豆、100毫升香菇水 ,1勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺盐,清水
腌制鸡肉:1勺生抽&1老抽、少许胡椒粉
1.锅内放少许油,炸香红葱头,炸至金黄色捞出备用
2.加入虾米爆香,再加入香菇&肉翻炒至肉变色均匀
3.再加入菜豆继续炒,最后把大米也加进来倒入100毫升香菇水,1 勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺盐,一半炸好的红葱头,翻炒至均匀吸收水分
5.将炒好的米饭放在电饭锅内,加入清水至末盖大米1厘米
6.煮熟装盘即可开吃啦❤️
