Sounds great. Was impressed by the way that those strings flop around like that after they are plucked. I had always been under the impression that the strings on the gu zheng are fairly tight. Really interesting.

They are quite tight. That's just a funny thing with the camera's framerate "resonating" with the strings, making them look looser than they should be. You can really see it on the 6th string around 1:37.

I play the Guzheng and given the quality of the rest of the video, I don't think that it's the camera. Some people just prefer looser strings because they break less easily.

its not the quality of the camera, its the framerate. try filming a desktop fan or anything that moves quickly. there will be a similar effect
