Fatjon Dunga I’m a fan of g2 but I just feel that even if Sirboss is doing his job, he needs to step it up and get some actually kills. The game isn’t about letting your team get kills and you doing nothing but your job, I believe if Sirboss could get kills then they can be a lot better. Also I feel Fabian also need to step up more for the same reason. In addition, I feel that Kanto should be doing much better because he is one of the best feathers in the game but he just couldn’t get enough frags like he used to do.

Agreed. Sirboss has always been a good and consistent player but he literally had less than a week of practice before the invitational. It’s not his fault he can’t synergize with the roster. No one can do that within a weeks notice. It’s G2s fault as a team for making stupid decisions (whoever is in charge of the roster should be kicking themselves). Goga should’ve never been replaced since they said it themselves they needed a hardcore support after trying a team of all Flex/Fraggers which did not work out. Goga won’t be coming back though that’s a slap in the face.

They didn't, they tried their best but NIP outplayed them, G2 shouldn't have passed the group stage in the first place but they were so lucky that they got placed in the weakest group by far ( it had the weakest team from Apac and the weakest team from NA) and once they faced decent teams like Fnatic and NIP they lost, people need to acknowledge that G2 is a shell of its former self now and aren't a top tier team anymore...

G2 isnt the same team as they were bc of all the changes with roster and other stuff and as their not the best team either. Anytime team can win but after they lost their chance for top. None of them cared one bit of that game, they played it because they had too. Go on the biggest r6 stage and do everything perfectly and win every round and game. Dont say anything when your talking none sense when your not a fan of a team. Im not even a g2 fan so there is no reason to hate, just enjoy the games and watch your team win or lose. lumayo 😂

They werent able to qualify frew X amount of different way to Si while Goga was in the team so probably wouldn't have been the big difference maker this tournament either with him in. Thou I agree they maybe shouldn't have dropped Goga but they felt they need to change something but I think it was more to go back to basic and do it right then replace players and expect an insta fix. Also they got a standin 2 weeks before SI starts and they enemy teams has catched up to G2 over the last 2 years. More new operators etc that didnt exist back then who could have made a big difference if they existed the last 2 Si. I would love G2 to become really dominante again but Imo its only good the the rb6 scene in general if more teams have chances to win big tournaments then just Empire and G2.

Raleigh G2 was way better than SI2020 G2, of course Goga drop was one of the reason, but losing to Empire somehow broke them entirely and two best teams in the world just fell short after 6 months. Too much shit talking on twitter don't left too much time to practice.

They played well during groupstages but could tell something didnt click for them during the playoff. Attacks looked messy and unorganised which isnt like G2 and less drone work then usual. But im still happy they made it out groups with all the haters out there and showed even with a standin who been on the team for only 2 week they could still make it out of groups as nr1 in that group. Sirboss did as well as he could but u could tell he was nervous during the playoff but who can blame him when its this big of a tournament with a whole new team and little time get any strats or tactics down( guess thats why he was stuck on maverick and maestro 95% of the rounds). And for those who whine so much about sirBoss he had a better rating then both fabian and pengu this game. Was not a single person who lost this game but the whole G2 wasnt there today and NiP played really really well. GG NiP and hope any other team then NA win this tournament just to extend the time since NA won a major title ;) Go Fnatic!

Thats why he kept playing on mavering and Maestro like 95% of the rounds. Dont know how ppl expected they would see aces etc directly when they get a new player in the team. They didnt perform extremly well when kanto just came, same with Sha77e and Uuno. it takes a while and for sirBoss u could defently tell he was nervous. Recruit Meat Yeah but for me I believe that would make them want to try, that would be the most legendary story this game has seen so far. G2 have a huge slump and receive the pity invite, go down to losers bracket, and then make it to grand finals and win. I feel like that would motivate them

I was a big g2 fan in the past because they were a team, a real team. then they took off jonas and over time I got used to UNO who has proven himself a great player. but since goga has been thrown out I can no longer support the g2, because too many things have changed and for me they are no longer the penta with whom I am in love. Pengu has become too arrogant, I hope kanto and UNO go to other teams to win what they deserve. pengu and fabian are now tired. even if a small part of me still cheers for them.

When they removed Joonas and added uuno, the first few matches it looked like he didnt fit in properly, so they remove Goga to try and fix the team play, but they were a little impatient. They should have just waited for a bit more for uuno to adjust. Look at uuno now, he fits soooo good. At the end of the day, they benched cryn cuz they at the end, needed a hard support, so they pick up sirboss who isn't G2 standards. They should have just stuck with Goga. If Goga was here instead of sirboss, ooof, I believe they would take the invite 3 times in a row

incorrect. sirboss is definitely up to G2's standards. they went about it the wrong way. they picked up SB as a stand-in and he's only been on the team for 2 weeks. the main reason they're failing right now is because they dropped goga tho.
