Game 1: Draft advantage for MDK, amazing yasuo lastpick. Game 2: BB smurfing on Ksante btw, getting 2 solokills while being counterpicked Game 3: I would give Caps Azir MVP, so many amazing Azir engages to come back / stabilize. Of course Yike Viego doing amazing. Game 4: What is this insane top gap btw? BB 3 Lvls ahead. The turning point was the instanely well executed teamfight by G2 though with Mickyx engaging onto Varus while everyone else was still 2 screens away. How can varus even play the game? he is Omegafed but 5 people keep permastunning & diving him

Sleep by lillia to shurima shuffle by azir to body slam of gragas. MDK just stacked their CC to would be attacker before their enemy can burn their spell leaving Varus vulnerable.

Why is elyoya going on senna not to his carry protect him, Freskowy also put down the wall and didnt go to his carry so he can protect him with E and also myrwn doesnt TP at all at start of the fight. That was rly the real turnaround in game. Also when they fight at nexus tower everyone going out of varus no one tries to block or something also Alvaro had time to do something there bcs with 3ms you can actually do something. And last fight like myrwn and fres doing what exactly. Like ok jayce wouldnt help that much but taliyah is rly counter to enemy team and he is not playing with adc. But yes 1st death of varus he caught ball from lillia and got sleep thats on him.

Rell was initially going to blast cone towards where Alistar and Nautilus were because that is where Varus is as well but misclick on Yoya's part and also the wall that Taliyah brought on kept him separated from the team. Look how Rell also turn around when she saw Senna appears out of wolves. Rell was to go to Varus but since she is already separated for few seconds and Senna is nearby then might as well CC Senna to prevent her from joining her team and possibly Jayce can go towards where Senna is because Jayce is already TPing near Senna. Varus is already too far from Rell to peel for him and how G2 is already nearer to Varus so might as well get a return kill with Jayce to Naut and Senna.

@@marekbuhla6729 also the Shurima Shuffle by Caps to Varus in Nexus Tower is Varus's misposition. Varus is too confident since he has EoN active and didn't anticipate that the dash will break the EoN so that Azir can use Emperor's divide.

toxic guys can say "adam solo kills bb, so adam is better". But work that bb does for the team in teamfights is enormous. He is just amazing, he is a pillar of g2. There is no toplaner in LEC that could even remotely replace him. When the team is in crisis, he is always there to carry .... always. He is always there to save g2 in tough situations. He and Caps are irreplaceable by no one in the west. Sure, yike hans and mikyx are amazing too, probably the best in eu on their roles. But bb and caps are on other level, leaving western competition way back behind.

We have like 170 champs and we see only 25 of these in a split it feels like. And I dont wanna count in the 1 or 2 time picks, Azir annoys me, Varus (despite being a cool champ) is too much, I can't see K'sante anymore and so on.

I understand ur frustration. But what is the solution? Every game you play ever will have strong strategies. Theres no way around it, and the same is true for champions. If they buff 'weak' champs, people will be annoyed in soloq. If they nerf the 'strong' champs, people will not be able to play them in soloq.

@@jochem3030 I hear more and more voices for a "fearless draft". Meaning a champ picked in a previous game cannot be picked again. That can be implemented differently or maybe not be as strict, but as a viewer I would appreciate a lot more diversity in champ picks. Currently I enjoy the botlane of T1 Acedemy. They pick crazy combs and their ADC is very good on different champs. I obviously know, that they fight for "nothing" and can do that, but the "meta" is way too boring. Many seasons consist of the same champs.

@@Quatschgold I cant comment on the T1 Academy point, since i dont watch them. But to your other point: I think such a draft would lower the quality of the games. I dont think it is reasonable to ask players to play to many champs on the highest level. It could benefit some players, i think Myrwn or BB would do good in such a format. But other players that have more limited champ-pools would just not make it. + i think it is just a preference, i would like to see players on their best champions. But that comes at the cost of diversity

Caps is in charge of European lol.... Umfortunately for G2, there's no team on the same level in the LEC. If the LEC had teams like T1 of GEN, G2 could have gone up quite high in the lol worlds. And I think the problem with European lol is that players and coaches fight each other a lot. Team needs only 1 captain. G2 = CAPS, MAD = ELYOYA

I think its also team stability. Other teams are not rly stable, not great coaches or any management team. Most teams are kinda like i want to play with this player and this champs and thats all i am not willing to learn anything else. Coaches and management team in Korea/china are well respected part of the team and players learn from them but in Europe its not like that.
