Well the score is kind of misleading. G2 threw 2 games which yes is bad but they did play pretty good vs BDS at the start and vs KC it was close. Now vs eastern teams you can't make those mistakes but still just because they are 1/2 doesn't mean they are bad.

Correct vs the worst team in the league. Now I am a g2 fan but this is not what I expected in week one. I expected some crazy meta reads but instead we got 2 throws back to back. The game vs BDS was a done deal. The KC one 2 steals in a row. I mean I want g2 to do well but they should be dominating teams like SK if they want to have a chance vs the eastern teams. This is not good enough.

​@@endefisto123 I agree that standing against the Eastern team isn't good enough..it hasn't been since the 2019 G2 roster...but since it's a new roster let them take some time to build up the synergy.. doesn't matter if you build a team and play ranks it doesn't do shit until U face against Pro teams.. So I would say it's a start, let them work this out and let's see what happens in the future cz after all since 2016 G2 is the only team to represent EU in the worlds..they came close but couldn't Finnish but I hope someday they will.. The biggest Criticism I have for EU that they somehow always Rely on G2 & Caps that's why most of the time EU is called One Man or One Team Region..unlike Korea and Chinese teams where every player is almost Goated to their roles. IF EU wants To face the giants Each players from each teams need to Step up and Not rely only On G2 & Caps

@ Tbf the same critisism can go to LCK because yes other teams have won but T1 is the end all be all of the LCK. They are kind of like the Real Madrid in UCL. May not win all other tournament but when it comes to worlds 2/2 last world champs were t1 and 1 second plate (similar with RM and UCL). On the other hand in the LPL knight is the goad i mean 4 titles with 4 different teams is insane considering the competition in the LPL. I mean the reason G2 lost to T1 and BLG at worlds is the same reason they lost the 2 games here. Throws. They really REALLY need to fix that if they want to have the shot at the east and they can beat them, but the throws need to go away.
