Fun fact, that Wish Bus performance is the 1st live performance of G22 and they killed it..they were just 17-19YO yet they sound real experts.

I love G22! What I like so much about them is that they don’t have cutesy high-pitched voices, but are solid and strong in their vocals. They’re like the female version of SB19😊

Yes, that's why I love them - like you said, not "cutesy high-pitched", but "strong" vocals...and as Hurraira said, "not cringe". They're the only girl pop group I listen to. They are so underrated and wish they would get more attention in the Philippines.

I'm just waiting for the time they find their center, their focus their identity as a group. Then they'll simply explode onto the world. Much like our Mahalima did when their Go up video soared. They discovered what made them click and I wish the same for these girls, just wish Bianca will come back and complete the group once more.

Aside from SB19, G22 I really love. I'm just so sad that things are going so slow for them. I hope they get a major break soon.

Saw them perform live at my university, they still do free concerts to market their name also saw Yes My Love that day. Their vocals and choreo NEVER fails. PH has so much talent we just need to market it properly... I also witnessed a lot of casuals opening up to them and also heard a lot of mockery and negative comments before their performance on stage. Most young adults in the country don't appreciate or like PPOP because they still think it's a copy of Kpop and I don't think that mentality will change anytime soon, but hopefully they can see the talents we have to offer.. I left that concert happy and contented because the people who were bashing them at first were now fangirling and fanboying over them (G22 and YML). I really hope PPOP can win this country's heart, or at least be recognized as an impactful genre for OPM.

Many older people are not into PPop because we've been brought to the brink of greatness only to be disappointed when the groups we follow don't push through. Who remembers the contemporaries of SB19? Promising groups that fizzled out, I won't name them out of respect for their effort, but the groundwork they did plus the inspiration of the Famous 5 has given PPop that much needed push.

G22 definitely doesn't look and sound like kpop. That's why I like them along with SB19 and Alamat. Unfortunately, G22's song output is too slow. 1 song/MV every 6-9 months is too long and whatever momentum they have is lost in between.

KZ is their vocal coach. That probably explain why their vocals and presence is so good. Bang is actually their first song and they are already this good. All members can rap, sing dance and write music just like SB19. G22 is an awesome group. The Philippines indeed have many good vocalists. I would recommend checking out Maymay Entrata's Amakabogera (both the MV and Wish Bus live performance). She is one of the young up and coming talents with impressive vocals and dancing skills.

I love G22! they have great vocals and harmony. I believe KZ helps them when it comes to their vocals... their wish bus performances are great!

Yes! 2NE1 and G22 are the only girl groups that I follow. I discovered Bigbang and became a VIP through 2NE1. Now, of course, SB19 and waiting for more release from G22. FYI, I believe KZ was their mentor as you can see with their “SWAG”. To me, these 4 groups' live vocals and performances are insane. Mind you, I’m already 51 y.o and crazy fangirling at this age😊

My girls! The female alphas! How I didnt saw that you already reacted to them haha. Gosh i love them sm the first time i saw them perform at the 2022 PPOP Con. I instantly fell in love with them...they are like the female Sb19, ik they have different caliber and identities but thats what i thought when i first saw them they have the strong stage prescence vocals and dance skills and they each are so adorable and great personalities. Cant wait for you to react to their live performance! ❤ PS also this is their first live perf they slayed. And i was so happy Ken supported them by singing short clip of Bang on his Instastory last 2022.

I love this song by G22! It's so hard to believe that this is their debut. AJ, your fave is known as G22's Heneral (General) or leader. She looks up to Pablo. Also for this song, they were mentored by KZ, and you can definitely see the influence. I am not a fan of girl groups but I appreciate G22. Bianca is the one who left. She's a black belt, so pointing her leg straight up in the air and doing impossible splits and kicks are easy for her.

I am so glad that you finally decided to check G22 out. I remember recommending them to you several months back because I had a feeling that you were going to like them. I watched your Babalik reaction before watching this. I immediately clicked on it as soon as I saw you were reacting to G22. They are really a phenomenal girl group. There were reactors describing them as like Blackpink but with good vocals (or something to that effect).

G22 is the ppop girl group that I actually love specially with their live vocals. It's such a shame that one of them had to leave the group. Unfortunately, I think they don't get promoted as much. I hope they get the attention and support that they deserve.

Logging in...😊 If I remember correctly, on the 1st PPop con, G22 was supposed to perform only on the 1st day, on the smaller venue, where newer ppop groups performed. But then they gave an outstanding performance and made a mark on the audience. So they were lined up to perform again on the last day of PPop con, on the PPop concert itself.

G22 was my first foray into Ppop outside of SB19 and my first Ppop heartbreak. I heard peeps building them up as the female SB with their creative control so I was ready to go all in. I found it very easy to love all of them but eventually settled on a fave in Bianca 💔 Maybe it's not out of the realm of possibility to reunite someday 😢

G22 is also killer on stage! I hope someone can drop a fancam link for Popstival, PPOP Con, PPOP Com, or KZ’s last concert. I hope you check out the other GG. KAIA, YGIG, and YARA (who were SB19’s sister group before debut and went indie) have a similar strong feel as G22.

Oh my! This is my first time commenting on your video. I am very happy that you reacted to them. I found this group unique since the range and quality of their voices complement each other. I have been following you reacting to sb19 and I like the way you always adore them. I considered myself an A'tin last year and I regret that I am able to know them late cause before I am not interested in a group of artists. But anyways..SB19 in the p-pop boy group and G22 in the p-pop girl group is my favorite.

They're in their early to mid-20s, so they're grown women and not young teens. 😊 Their leader AJ is the one with bangs and she's got the Pablo energy. She also composes some of their songs. They call themselves female alphas. They're a force to be reckoned with in terms of dancing with stable vocals. And they're always vocal about their biggest respect to SB19 as their inspiration for their craft. They're so underrated.

the eldest was born 2002, while youngest was 2004. they were launched 2022 when this song was released, so eldest was just 20 then

When this song was released, AJ being the oldest is only 19yo turning 20 and the youngest is Jaz who's only 17yo turning 18 .. So none of them was in their 20's much more not mid 20's during that time
