Guau!! What amazing Austin Gipsy you have. Very pristine and well functional. I would like to share that I have one of this, from my father who passed away in 2012. It’s a 1959 and it works but have a some issues with the carburetor, the brake pump who has a leaking, and the clutch. Maybe because the age and the time who spent outdoors. But Im trying to fix as much as I can in tribute to my father and because I enjoyed this since 1970 when my father bought it. My only concern and question is how to get some parts. Thank you and congratulations for yours. It’s totally awesome!!

Thank you! and I'm glad to hear of another Gipsy out there! The best place to look for parts is on eBay or try Richard at Gipsy spares. www.gipsyspares.com It's best to get new brake and clutch cylinders because the old ones usually have some pitting in them from moisture. Also if you watch my carburetor video you'll see the best solution to a worn out carb.

Nice... hadn't seen one before. Looks like a cross between a Land Rover and a jeep! Sounds good too.... I bet its a capable 4x4!

Thank you! Yes I get a lot of waves from Land Rover and Jeep owners, then some look puzzled. It does quite well off road too.
