If you want to express “to get to have” it is natural to say 생기다 instead of 있게되다 or 있어지다. If you want to say “to get to stay (longer), then 있게 되다 should be used as in 서울에 하루 더 있게 됐어요.

아니요. This structure can be used with adjectives too (e.g.예쁘게 되다 to be done pretty, 건강하게 되다 to become healthy), but more often used with verbs.

asmaâ Brn 되다 is the verb "to turn or to become". And in every conjugations (like,pasr,present,future) there are added letter like for example in present you have to add for 아/아요 for every verb that end with 아 / 오. Etc.. Then the 되다. Remove 다 then 되 plus 어 thus it became 돼

~더라 is used when you express your exclamatory feeling recalling what you experienced before. 내가 한국에 갔었는데 정말 좋더라. I went to Korea and (I experienced that) it was really good!
