Eviscerator is the best claas at Survivability just bcz of Steel Mind, its exactly the same on NCWest the first is Evi with stage 3 weapon, they are literrally too advantaged in this state of the game, spallations/steelmind/20 second CS... i think that dragon weapon killed all game competition, everyone is a 1 shot in EU, and the same is coming for NCwest once more ppl get those weapons :)

with shillen SA you can easily support (to remove cele) or kill evi on spallation (4s stun 100%) or 3s from helios, or amethyst.. so tyrr or archer are still better than evi on RU and core, since it can be kited quite a lot, without doing any damage. And dragon weapon didn't kill all competition, ppl with similar gear still have hard fights against each other, even if it's lv 3 weapon, just like before where ppl with pvp sets + pvp weapon + epics would destroy ppl without those, just that NCWest is the most unequal server from all regions (KR, JP, TW, RU, EU), ncwest manages to be worst than all of those, having the most gear disparity

not really empty, there're active players all over the map, right now is way more active than months ago, it's just that, for oly (and even open), there are very few ppl with similar gear, since it's so expensive to get as much gear as my cp has now
