I think this should have a higher chance of happening, maybe only with one character, like Bangalore since the Scout is her signature weapon. Maybe it only happens on a certain map, or only when you zip line while reloading or something idk

I’ve seen this in a video long ago, there was also a super low quality clip of wraith exiting the portal ult and doing the ”ok” hand symbol with her left hand. Its apparently the rarest animation in the game and has never been seen since but wether or not it is real is the question.

The devs removed it because of 4chan spreading information that the ok-sign was a "white supremacy" symbol at that point in time iirc. So EA took the save rote just removing it to avoid controversy.
