Fun fact: Zero suit (and without boots) Samus is as tall and weighs just as much as Kylo Ren- standing at 6’3” and weighing 198 pounds. However, Samus is much more muscular as she was trained and raised by the Chozo. And Samus with her suit is slightly taller and heavier.

You also have to take into account that she has Chozo DNA (and now Metroid DNA) in her body, which is bound to change her biology, maybe increasing the density of her muscles and thus body weight.
