Gabby I am so so so so unbelievably happy and proud of you🎉 Congratulations 🎊 The beginning of your story and timeline of events is the same as mine. Series of crazy over the top events in my life COVID then this same TMS expression. I was diagnosed by urologists with all of the same, but I never actually had it. I had a brain and nervous system protecting me from my own emotional world. Once I stopped avoding my life and gained the ability more and more over time to shift my attention I started realzing what it was protecting me from. These diagnostic labels are not real. They are made up by the medical community and then perpetuated by the Internet. I am getting my life back every day after over 4 years. I couldnt walk or hold a fork to my face and now I am lifting 160 pounds doing pullups running on my treadmill playing my guitar again driving and looking for a new job. And thank you to Dan for giving us this platform and helping us all every day.

“The brain’s voice is symptoms.” That makes so much sense! I think putting it in those terms can help change the automatic fear script we go to when symptoms appear.

Good for Gabby…..I like that she stayed away from the negative energy of others and just concentrated on herself with her own way of healing and of course with Dan’s toolbox. The creepiest part of the story was the surgeon….how did this monster stay in practice or even have a job with a supportive hospital behind him!?! Gabby trusted her gut Thank God 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks to both ofyo. Trauma is now a part of human experiences from generations. However each individual is unique in that it takes revisiting it until you the individual feels safe enough to let it go emotionally and psychologically. When we feel safe enough, the Trauma or past negative experiences naturally fades into the backgrounds of our consciousness. We will never forget it , but , we will not remember it with the same heighten emotional effects. It too will become like our pain , cure , gone. Dan is right though , some on the other hand do not need to go back to their pass period, because they may have dealt with it in another way that's obvious or routine. Peter Crone a KZbin guess has an excellent, simple way of dealing with and coping with our pass traumas. Go ahead listen to some of his interviews. Thanks Dan for your simplicity in being simplic in every video. Bahama 🌹

Great success story..☺️🫶🏼 Thank you Gabby for sharing your story and your journey. 🥰 Dan, I agree about the trauma…to an extent, it really depends on the person.. two people could go through the same trauma (for example two people in the same exact situation together,) and one is not affected by the trauma at all the same way that the other person is affected. There are several variables to this and a lot of it has to do with the nature of the person and their history.. I do strongly believe that revisiting it over and over is not always beneficial. I know personally going on the hamster wheel of revisiting same reaction to certain situations/triggers is not helpful, flipping that script like you have taught us many times is so key.. Thank you Dan, we’ve learned so much from you 🙏🏼🙏🏼💜💜

Is myofascial pain syndrome also tms? Scored 46 the third time i took the tms test . Why am i still unconvinced this is tms? Still thinking structural eventhough i keep getting a score higher than 30. So afraid of starting tms process because of possibility of getting worse in the future if i dont do the PT exercises. Need help but cant join tms group at this time. Iam watching your videos for a month now. I am now currently doing some light swimming and 15 to 30 mins walks. My brain still believes im not safe i guess. Mri results showed disc herniations in back neck but spine doctor said surgery is not necessary. Im so afraid that im going to get worse in the future because im now 52. This success story is very inspiring. Mri result and symptoms created this big fear in my mind and need to start creating this messages of safety. I need to watch this again and again... Thanks for helping people like us.

Interesting this earthquake and what it reminded me of. When my journey started it felt like the ground was being pulled out from under my feet, just like an earthquake. In that moment I already had lost three loved people in a short time and the fourth, my mom, I realized would also die. The next shock was my altered physical condition and this whole horrific shock experience has been in a kind of repeat loop since........ But meanwhile not that often anymore.......It´s getting better also (my husband is super supportive!) due to you Dan! ❤

Thank you for your story Gabby . I’ve been diagnosed with this due to my symptoms but all injections for PN ,Botox injections under sedation pelvic pain therapy from a few therapists and zero relief 🥲 Then LAS levator Ani syndrome due to my horrific burning acid and sharp knives up there . Burning tailbone and sacrum painful needles for tests and to see if I got relief but still zero relief! Did you have any rectum pain ? I know 100% this all began with me due to a forced cold turkey ativan withdrawal that set my CNS into shock in May 2017 ! It’s hard to change this loop that plays almost constantly so I’ve got a long road ahead of me but maybe not if I just do everything Dan and others say and get my live back like you and others ❤️ It gives me hope and I’m so happy for your pain free live ahead of you 🤠 ps I’m heard some crazy things to and was thinking I needed my tailbone removed! Hi Cherie! Good question… At one point I did think that the minor car accident was the contributor and cause of my symptoms, hence me mentioning it in that video years ago. I no longer think it was the cause, I now know it was likely due to my sexual assault and other stressors. Currently, I don’t believe the car accident is important to my story. Dr Hesch is in Colorado and it briefly helped, but not long term.
