Hello what's, up Everyone! Welcome to GABCASTS! Echoes beyond boundaries.
I am Gab, and this is GabTalks, your daily dose of inspiration.

So our topic! In today's stream... will be about the many selves of a human person. More specifically, my reflection to a TedTalk of Roger Evernden entitled "Your Many Selves" and describe to you the Five Techniques given by the speaker.
So Guys! let's begin! ready? get set? and Go!
So what is self? Self is most often defined as being who and what we are, self is the reflection of our attributes and traits. Like a mirror the self shows who and what we are in actuality or in the real world. In psychology, there is a concept of the actual and ideal self. In shoirt definition, the actual self is who you are at present and the Ideal self is what you aspire or dream self in the future. Both are your still yourselves just in different context and times. And in that relation, it is proven that we are not just single self or a dominant self. Iin this podcast we will talk about and share my experices, and the 5 techniques of becoming your many selves, and to how this can relate and help in your life.
1st Technique: Being Aware of your different behaviors
- Behavior is defined "as the way in which one acts or conducts oneself, especially toward other"
- So do you how you act when you are Happy? When your sad? or when you are angry? Are you aware of who you are and how you react in these kind of situations?
- Well when I am happy when I smile, and I smile when I eat my favorite food or achieve and wina challenge, I become sad when I fail, or get scolded I feel sorrowful, weary and oftentimes teary or cry when I'm sad, And If I am angry I get furious! Wrathful like I want to do destroy the world, I want punch somdeday and break their face, break their and savage their bones.
- Do you have like these tendicies? Whenever you feel these or similar emotions? If yes, then that is good because that means you are aware of who you are and you know your many selves. You know how you react and behave when you feel these kind of emotions. But if not, then that is ok, because you're unqiue. You are different but it is yourself.
2nd Technique: Look at Personality Profiles
So another to discover your may selves is to take a Personality Test made by psychologists. It is good to take a personality test, because it actually gives you an insight of what you are your capabilites, attributes and strenghtt and of course gives light on what kind of personailty you have. I take personality tests, and in the results ofthese kinds of assessments, I discovered more about myself! from new perks, attributes and hiddenselves. So if you guyswant to know more about your many selves. Test yourself in personality profiles.
3rd Technique: Make a Clear Distinction Between Being and Doing
What is your Being Self and your Doing Self? In the 3rd technique, it is important to distinguish the role and functions of what your selves is. The being self refers to the self you are embodieng, the self that defines your being, your natutal self and the doing self, is your task or working self, the self that plays an action or a role. In my case, My being self is my serious, kind and focused self and my doing self can be my playing self, fun self, working self and more. GUys! we have many selves but it is important to determine their roles and priorities in your life.
4th Technique: Name the Selves
Nakakaapat na tayo, 2nd to the last, so Name Yourselves or Your selfs, Your happy self, sad self, masakit ang chan self or your Chad Self. Give your selfs a distinction, a name, So you can remember and imagine them to describe your many selves and uncover your soul and spirit. I call my call many selves in different names, antok self when I'm drowsy, hyper self when to happy and my the evil self, when I'm at my bad phases. So Guys! Do not forgot to name your many selfs.
5th / Final Technique: Put yourself in a situation where you can enable and nurtuer those many selves.
And in last, but not the least, The Final and 5th technique, train and develop your selfs, If you can find situations that fulfill who you are then that's a whole lor better than situations it don't.

- You can look at your gifts and talents
- Think about what excites you
- Talk to your friends and family
I always to put myself on challenges that will make my selves grow. I hope that you guys also develop and improve yourselves.
