Love all the pretty trucks. But I’ve never understand the whole spending 100k to make a mud truck that never ever ever goes in the mud. I get restored muscle cars they are still used for their purpose. I get show bikes again still used for their purpose. These trucks are the only pointless builds in the automotive industry. Again they are bad ass and beautiful to look at. But what happened to jacking trucks up for the sole purpose of sending them thru the nastiest shit you can find? Not to mention that a truck lifted is a danger to every one else on the road. I had a friend that wanted to lift his truck up like that. I told him with the bumpers being up that high it'll peel the roof off must cars like a can of sardines. It can turn what should have been a minor fender bender into a traffic fatality. He just laughed and said "I don't care, I'll be fine". My response was "That's good because you'll spend the rest of your life working to pay the court settlement to the family of the person that you killed in an accident that should have never been fatal." He got real quite after that. I've got no issue with folks who lift trucks and use as you do. For fun in the dirt/mud/rocks. But to daily drive something like that and never once take it off road is sad.
