I would use cardstock that is about 200 gsm in weight

The software is going to be the same that you will be using.. The silhouette portrait I believe is just the cutting machine but the software you design in is the same as what I use

Hi, I bought this template from your shop. I want to cut it with my cameo but I want to but al the pieces separate. How can I only cut the outside of the design ?

To make a big gabel box you need to have them in two pieces. To cut out with your cameo you would need to trace image - release compound to make a compound path and place it over your design. I did a video on this before.. I think it was the happy birthday banner superhero one

This video doesn't make any sense, she's using the silhouette to edit and print and then she says we have to cut by hand? Lol... You have a cutting machine... This video it's such a waste of time.
