I was humbled to have the opportunity to chat with a gentleman from the Gabra Tribe in Kenya and learn about their culture & heritage. The Gabra community predominantly lives in the North Horr part of Kenya. The community is predominantly nomadic and their main source of livelihood are the camels.
As a small Community, they are mindful of protecting their assets and it is important to point out that if you travel to this part of Kenya, please take time to engage the community and get their permission before taking any photos.

When is the culture season please? I could try and make it happen. I also have a few more videos lined up, I am still working on the editing so stay tuned. I love your culture and traditions. They are so rich. I wish more of us Kenyans went to the village and recorded our traditions, it really helps in educating.
