Honestly bullshit, my mom got investigated for abuse despite it being my own doing, she had not laid a single hand on me and they got called, yet cps ignores this sort of abuse??! Poor kid, he didn't deserve this. How come they always seem to punish the gulity last second or even after the last second? This is why we should be able to take things into our own hands if cps and such, don't do anything and refuses to make a case, let alone do anything to actually help the child. The reason I'm so angry from just besides from the fact is because of how the court treated my family's situation. I just can't believe how purposely ignorant the people who are supposed to protect us can be Edit: cps got somewhat of a brain now, and they said there might be a chance of getting of my sisters in my mom's custody!

I can't believe people who do stuff like this still walk the face of the Earth. All my heart goes out to Gabriel. Rest in peace.💕 I can't help but be reminded of another similar case. I'll put an info dump here for someone to read if they're interested: The Finnish girl Vilja Eerika Tarkki. I highly recommend looking up her case, but let me give a warning first: This case is extremely cruel, sad and absolutely infuriating! To sum it up, Eerika got abused by her step mother and father. To list a few ways: She was forced to run outside for hours until she threw up/fainted. She was forcefed. She wasn't given permission to use the bathroom sometimes and was seen defecating next to a trash bin outside multiple times. Her step mother tore up some of her school books/other personal property and blamed it on her. The 'packing' where she was "disciplined" by getting tied up into an inhumane position with zip ties and wrapped in sheets. She was left like this for hours sometimes. (It's been told that everytime Eerika was 'packed' like this, she mentally went into her own imaginary world, pretending to be a princess in order to dissociate herself from the horrid situation). The step mother was the real devil, but the father was either too scared or too brainwashed to stop her from doing all of this and was sometimes peer pressured into helping his girlfriend. Actually he was a very sweet parent whenever him and Eerika had some father-daughter time. Eerika's biological mother tried to get custody of her but it wasn't given to her because she had lost custody earlier due to addiction/alcoholism. Eerika ended up suffocating to death during one of these 'packings', only one day after she gave her biological mother a mother's day card.

I hate that the system continues to fail children. Back in 2021, a good friend of mine went missing (but they weren't officially reported missing until April 2022). The school didn't even bother notifying the police that they had stopped coming to school, it was an old friend from the town my friend was raised in and her grandmother who reported them missing after not receiving any calls/texts from them for months. It was well known their mother was an evil, evil woman with a public track record with mistreating her children. The police didn't investigate her, even finding similar things that were on Gabriel on my friend's younger siblings who were all still in her custody. The children were only removed from her care for a day then she went on the run. She still has all 4 of my friend's youngest siblings and has had another baby, who is also currently in her care. My friend is still missing. I miss you, Kit. RIP to Gabriel, may you fly high sweetheart. May you receive all the love in heaven that you never did on Earth... And know you are never forgotten 💔🕊️
